Tomorrow, Wednesday, December 11th is a casual day.
Monday, December 16th - Christmas PJ's (or regular PJ's)
Tuesday, December 17th - Wear something pink or blue depending on what gender you think Mr. Knipe's baby will be!
Wednesday, December 18th - Friday, December 20th - Christmas attire. Remember Friday MUST be church appropriate!
We are asking all school families to please bring 1 dozen cookies or treats to share after the Christmas Program on December 15th. Please bring them on the day of the program. Thank you!
Just a reminder to send your student with a stocking tomorrow as we celebrate Saint Nicholas Day on Friday morning. The students will be bringing them home Friday afternoon. Thank you!
Tomorrow is December Birthday Day! You may dress out of dress code if you have a December birthday!
Please send a small stocking with your student to school by Thursday for St. Nicholas Day!
Picture Retake Day is THIS Thursday! Students getting retakes must bring back their original photos (if ordered) and they may dress out of uniform. This is ONLY for students getting retakes. Thank you!
CASH DASH has sold faster than ever this year! We only have 25 tickets left to sell. We also have 14 outstanding tickets. So please, if you would like to purchase your ticket, please do so as soon as possible. Once we reach 200 tickets sold, any outstanding tickets will be VOIDED. I would guess we could sell out by Friday. If you do not plan on selling your ticket, please return to the office as soon as possible. Thanks so much for your SPPS support.

Just a reminder the SPPS DOES have school tomorrow even though public school does jot. Therefore, there is no Nauvoo Colusa bus service and all students MUST bring a sack lunch. Thanks so much!
Halloween Parties are tomorrow! Family and friends are always welcome to join us! As a reminder, students do NOT wear their costumes to school. They may bring them and change into them for their party and costume parades!
Just a reminder that tomorrow morning is the Honor Roll breakfast at 7:30 AM. Students that got all A's, or A's and B's on their first quarter report card may bring their parents or grandparents to have breakfast with them, and they also may dress out of dress code.
Good afternoon SPPS families! Cash Dash Tickets went home in the oldest child's bookbag last week. Please make sure you have gotten yours! We only have 200 tickets to sell. We do ask that each family sell at least 1. You can either buy it yourself, sell it to a friend, or even have multiple people buy a ticket together. If you would like more tickets, they are available in the office but please only take what you can sell. If you are unable to sell yours, please return the ticket to the office. Thanks so much for supporting the 2024 CASH DASH! The Early Bird Drawing is coming up November 10th!

Just a couple reminders. School pictures ARE tomorrow! Students do NOT have to wear uniforms. They can wear something nice for pictures but they can wear uniform shirts if you wish! Tomorrow is also Pet Blessing. You may bring pets to the school at 2:00 PM and Father Tony will be coming around to bless them around 2:10. Students may NOT bring their animals with them to school. They must be brought by an adult no earlier than 2:00. We understand not everyone can bring an animal so students are welcome to bring a photo instead if they would like. We are so sorry for the inconvenience, but the bus is not going to be able to run this morning. We got a new bus last week and this morning something is not working correctly and it is unsafe to drive. We have someone coming to look at it right away and we hope it will be running this afternoon. We will be in contact as the day progresses and we have more information. Again, we are so sorry for this inconvenience.
After much discussion, we have decided that school will dismiss today AND tomorrow at 1:00 pm due to the excessive heat. This decision is based on our SPPS bus not having air conditioning and almost half of our students ride the bus. This means no afternoon Nauvoo Colusa bus service. We are very sorry for the inconvenience. The SPPS bus will be running.
Tomorrow will be August birthday day! If your SPPS student had a birthday in August, they can dress out of dress code tomorrow!
