This Thursday, SPPS will have a new principal, Mr. Gage Parrish. Gage will be the "Principal for the Day" and has decided to implement some fun things. Students will have a Pajama Day and enjoy a movie. He is taking care of the snack during the movie, and students may bring a blanket, pillow or stuffed animal to watch the movie. A super-fun day!!

Thank you to everyone who has signed up to help on a parent committee! Just a quick clarification... the GPD Auction is the committee to do the soliciting and collecting of items and the set up/clean up for the auction. We will have a sign up for additional help on the day of the auction at a later date.

SPPS Bus: I sent this message on Sunday, but wasn't aware that you needed to enable your notifications for the SPPS Bus to receive so I'm resending. There won't be a SPPS bus on Friday, Nov 19 as I don't have a driver. I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

Please go to your settings and under Push Notifications, choose the groups your children are part of and that will allow notifications to pop up when they are sent to that particular group. GPD Update: Thank you to the four families that volunteered to join the GPD Committee! As of today, we don't have anyone who is willing to chair the committee or the auction. How about co-chairing with someone? Please reach out to Mrs. Wheatley or me by the end of this week if this is something you are willing to consider. Thank you!
