As you have heard, we have a rise in positive cases. We need to stop the spread, so in consultation with the Hancock County Health Department, we have decided to close school for this week and reopen on Tuesday, September 7, after Labor Day. School will be closed so that means no remote learning. We will make up these days, but not sure just yet when. The school will be cleaned and sanitized again. We won’t have a float in the parades this weekend. The Pancake Breakfast is still on for Sunday, Sept 5, 7-10:30. Several of our positive cases have not had symptoms; please continue to monitor who you are with and watch for symptoms. I will keep you updated as we figure out more details. Thank you for your patience and understanding! Mrs. Gray #sppsproud
