Due to the extreme cold temperature in the morning, SPPS is canceling school for tomorrow, January 20. Stay warm!

Tomorrow’s noon recess will be outside in the snow! Your child may bring their snow gear to be able to play in the snow. Please remember to send their tennis shoes for them to wear inside (instead of their snow boots). Thank you!

Anyone available 5-7 pm tonight to take admission for our basketball game? Please call/email the office if you're able to help out. Thanks!

We are still in need of volunteers to help with concessions for the 5th & 6th grade boys' basketball games on Jan 18 & 20 and Feb 2 & 10. Please visit the link below to sign up. Thank you!

We have been notified of a positive case and that students may have been exposed. Please continue to monitor your child for symptoms and keep them home if any new symptoms develop. Thank you!

Snow fun!

Casual Day tomorrow!
Also, tomorrow looks to be the "warmest" day of the week so we will plan to have outdoor recess after lunch. Your child may bring their snow gear to be able to play in the snow (snow pants, boots, gloves, hat). Please remember to send tennis shoes for them to wear inside (instead of their snow boots). Thanks!

Happy New Year! We are looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow! Please dress your child warmly and keep them home if they are sick. Thank you!

We had so much fun singing for the residents of Maple Grove today!
Many thanks to Mr. Parrish and Marine Bank for the snacks we enjoyed afterwards.

Parents... please read your email about an important announcement from the Office of Catholic Schools regarding a viral Tik Tok post threatening nationwide school violence tomorrow. We have been advised to have increased security measures and implement a soft lockdown which means that we won't be going outside for recess and we won't be attending Mass. Once the students arrive at school, we will stay in the building until dismissal.
We will have our Christmas parties. I will be monitoring all entries, and parents will be asked to sign in/out.
I have been in contact with Police Chief Mike Boley so he is aware as well.
Prayers for safety and peace!

Good luck to the Nauvoo 8th grade Lady Vikings (and SPPS alum Anna Haas) as they play for the state championship tonight!

Quite the temperature change from yesterday so don’t forget coats, hats and gloves today as we will be caroling outside.

We have been practicing our drills for safety. Today we had our Intruder drill with Police Chief Mike Boley. The students did an amazing job!

Reminder: Permission slips need to be returned by Wednesday.
Also, there have been some menu changes so please check under "Dining" to see those.
